- Successive Merger of Multiple Massive Black Holes in a Primordial Galaxy
Abstract:
We investigate the evolution of the system of multiple massive black holes (hereafter,
MBHs) in a galaxy by means of N-body simulations. The MBHs have equal mass. More than four MBHs are unified, while the rest never merges. The MBHs which merge lose their angular momenta due to dynamical friction when they are not in the central region of the galaxy, due to three-MBH interactions when they are in the central region of the galaxy, and due to gravitational wave radiation when their separations become small. The reason for the dominant growth of one MBH is that the heaviest one loses its angular momentum most easily through the above mechanisms. Our simulation result possibly implies that MBHs found in galaxies grow through the systems of multiple MBHs.
Furthermore, we discuss the signature of the growth of the MBH from the multiple MBHS, and the possibility for an observation of the signature. - 世話人の連絡先

γ線ブレーザーMrk 501のコア絶対位置ふらつきの探索計画とGMVA解析経過の報告
Abstract：
ガンマ線で明るいブレーザー天体のスペクトルは活動期と静穏期を
数ヶ月から年単位で不規則に示す事が知られている。
ブレーザー放射の標準シナリオである内部衝撃波モデルに基づくと
中心エンジンから衝撃波領域までの距離はばらつくことが予想される。
しかしこの距離のばらつきを直接的に検証した例はない。
参照天体の位置関係から、Mrk 501 は近傍のガンマ線ブレーザー
の中でも内部衝撃波モデルを検証できる最も有望な天体である。
また2011 年は通年本天体の多波長同時観測キャンペーンが予定されているため、
時期を同期させて高エネルギー放射の活動性との相関を探ることで
物理状態の変化を調べ、ブレーザー標準シナリオの妥当性を検証することが重要
である。
本講演では、過去の観測のレビューと内部衝撃波モデルの検証に向けた観測計画
に加え、
GMVA(Grobal Millimeter VLBI Array) 86 GHzのデータ解析の経過報告を行う。 - 世話人の連絡先
