研究内容の紹介

  • 天体現象の多くは人間の生きている時間スケールでは定常的な現象として観測されることが多いですが、中には数秒~数年という短い時間スケールで劇的な変化を示す天体も存在します。
    そのような突発的、あるいは永続的な光度変化を伴う天体現象の探査、およびその天体物理学を究明することを時間軸天文学(Time-Domain Astronomy)といいます。　 私は、多波長(X線・可視光・赤外線)で光度変動を示す銀河系外天体の時間軸天文学、特に活動的銀河中心核(Active Galactic Nuclei, AGN)や超新星爆発(Supernovae)の観測的・理論的研究を行っています。

略歴・学位

    2017年3月　東京大学大学院理学系研究科天文学専攻博士課程修了（博士（理学））
    2017年4月　東北大学理学研究科天文学専攻　学振特別研究員PD
    2021年1月　プリンストン大学天体物理学教室　学振海外特別研究員
    2022年10月　国立天文台科学研究部　特任助教(国立天文台フェロー、2025年より総研大併任、現在に至る)
